APPROVE AGENDA (action item)
A motion to approve the agenda was made by Councilman Barber, Councilman Butters 2nd. Motion passed.
CITY CLERK (action item)
Approve Minutes: December 11, 2021
A motion to approve the December Minutes was made by Councilman Wells, Councilman Barber 2nd. Motion passed.
TREASURER’S REPORT (action items)
4th Q Report
A motion to approve the 4th Quarter Report was made by Councilman Wells, Councilman Waters 2nd. Motion passed.
Road and Street Report – presented by City Clerk via email. The report has been submitted to the state.
January Bills
A motion to approve the January Bills was made by Councilman Barber, Councilman Wells 2nd. Motion passed.
Reconcile Report was presented.
Line-Item Report
A motion to approve the Line-Item Report FY 2021 was made by Councilman Wells, Councilman Butters 2nd. Motion passed.
COUNCIL APOINTMENTS (action item)
Mayor Davies appointed Millie Miles as Councilman. A motion to accept the appointment was made by Councilman Barber, Councilman Butters 2nd. Motion passed.
Mayor Davies appointed Jim Wells as Councilman. A motion to accept the appointment was made by Councilman Butters, Councilman Barber 2nd. Motion passed.
The Oath of Office was recited and accepted by Councilman Miles and Councilman Wells.
Outgoing Councilman Dennis Waters returned the cemetery binder, map, and thumb drive.
ROADS
Mayor Davies reported on the road conditions.
IRRIGATION Fees (action item)
Councilman Wells discussed the fees. There is money saved for projects like the pump house. He’d like to see some of the pipeline changed out to newer pipe with the 2022 fees.
A motion to keep fees as they are was made by Councilman Butters, Councilman Barber 2nd. Motion passed.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Councilman Wells wanted to thank Lance for keeping the mailbox area cleaned out.
CONSTITUENT INPUT
Dennis Waters wanted to thank everyone for his time as councilman. Mayor Davies thanked Mr. Waters for his service and getting the cemetery map and records up-to-date.
