BUILDING PERMITS are required within city limits.

Please contact the city clerk at placervilleclerk110@ gmail.com for an application.  Council meetings are held once a month.  Building permits are approved at council meetings.  Applications and required documents must be submitted at least 72 hours before a council meeting.  If you need one quickly, please plan ahead in order for your application to be included on a current agenda.

Permits are for building projects including but not limited to: deck, roof, lean-to, new home, etc.
