APPROVE AGENDA (action item) A motion to accept the agenda was made by Councilman Meek, Councilman Arnold 2nd. Motion passed.
CITY CLERK
Approve Minutes: November 9, 2019 (action item) A motion to approve the November Minutes was made by Councilman Wells, Councilman Waters 2nd. Motion passed.
Election Abstract (action item) A motion to approve the Election abstract was made by Councilman Arnold, Councilman Waters 2nd. Councilman Wells No. Motion passed.
TREASURER’S REPORT
December Finance Report (action item)
There was a question about the Solid Waste fee.
A motion to accept the December Report was made by Councilman Wells, Councilman Waters 2nd. Motion passed.
4th Quarter/End of Year Report (action item)
A motion to accept the Report was made by Councilman Arnold, Councilman Wells 2nd. Motion passed.
Road and Street Report (action item) Tabled until January.
There was a discussion about the computer with Windows 7 vs Windows 10
ROADS
Roads are looking pretty good. Chains are on the equipment.
Mayor Davies asked council about getting some light bars for the equipment. He found some lights for less than $200 that would be helpful on the equipment.
There are a few more places to plow and keep open for residents.
CEMETERY
Councilman Meek has not received the ashes for placement in the cemetery. It will be difficult to place the urn in the winter conditions.
Some cemetery records, a map and a folder have been placed at city hall by Councilman Meek.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mayor Davies discussed the flag pole. He asked Idaho Power about a donation. The city could purchase a nice cedar, pressure treated pole. Idaho Power may be able to set the pole.
Councilman Arnold discussed contacting the supplier of poles.
Panels need to be placed on the Magnolia for winter protection.
There was a question about Christmas decorations.
CONSTITUENT INPUT
Mr. Barber has some information on the trash situation. He discussed a solution another city has used.
