A motion to approve the agenda was made by Councilman Meek, Councilman Arnold 2nd. Motion passed.

CITY CLERK
Approve Minutes: July 21, 2018 (action item)
A motion to approve the July Minutes was made by Councilman Wells, Councilman Cassel 2nd. Motion passed.
Resolution for Designating Public Records Custodian (action item)
A motion to approve Resolution 2018-0, Designation of Records Custodian, was made by Councilman Wells, Councilman Arnold 2nd. Motion passed.

TREASURER’S REPORT
August Finance Report (action item)
A motion to approve the Finance Report was made by Councilman Meek, Councilman Cassel 2nd. Motion passed.
A motion to approve the Quickbooks update with payroll, printer, supplies Councilman Wells, Councilman Arnold 2nd. Motion passed.
FY 2019 BUDGET HEARING (action item)
10:23 AM A motion to approve the FY 2019 BUDGET was made by Councilman Arnold, Councilman Wells 2nd.

ROADS
Councilman Meek thanked the city for repairing some ruts on the road. Council and Mayor discussed getting road mix for the roads. SRS funds have come in for the county. Council would like to see when the best time of year would be to have the roads done. Mayor Davies will talk about getting the roads done.

HISTORICAL
Councilman Arnold discussed the stability of the finances. Help is needed to keep the museums open. Money will need to be spent to repair the ceiling within City Hall.

IRRIGATION
Financial Update-past due accounts
Shut off notices have been sent out.

CEMETERY
Council and Mayor discussed tree removal.

CONSTITUENT INPUT
George Butters discovered Placerville had no evacuation plan. He presented the new Placerville Evacuation Plan.

Council and Mayor discussed road signage especially in regard to detours due to fires. Rick Barber reported that the spring he had last summer is not present this year. He discussed the signs placed at the tee and other signs to help with traffic control.
Mr. Butters wanted to thank the city for their support of the fire department.
