CALL TO ORDER 10:17 AM
ESTABLISH QUORUM by City Clerk
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE lead by Mayor Davies
APPROVE AGENDA (action item)
A motion to approve the Agenda was made by Councilman Meek, Councilman Arnold 2nd. Motion
passed.
COUNCIL APPOINTMENT (action item)
Councilman Cassel resigned from Council
Mayor Davies appointed Dennis Waters
Council Arnold made a motion to accept the appointment, Councilman Wells 2nd. Motion passed.
Mr. Waters was sworn in by the city clerk.
CITY CLERK
Approve Minutes: February 16, 2019 (action item)
A motion to approve the February Minutes was made by Councilman Arnold, Councilman Wells 2nd.
Motion passed.
TREASURER’S REPORT
March Finance Report (action item)
A motion to approve the March Finance Report was made by Councilman Wells, Councilman Arnold 2nd. Motion passed.

ROADS
Roads are still an issue. Mayor Davies discussed problem areas.
IRRIGATION
Councilman Wells reported that everything is frozen. When things thaw out Councilman Wells will
start putting things together. There are 3 or 4 projects that will need to be done.

No constituent issues at this time.

CEMETERY Nothing at this time
ANNOUNCEMENTS by Councilman Arnold, “Phoebe Cassel will be taking care of the books for
Historical.”
CONSTITUENT INPUT
George Butters-There was a chimney fire out of the district that PVFD responded to. A Conex Box will
sit behind the station for storage.
Cans for Kids will no longer be available near the fire station. Someone dropped off some big bags in
front of the bay where the fire truck needs to pull out. This creates a safety hazard. The fire department
cannot have obstacles in front of the bay. Cans for Kids will need to move.
